The Energy Reduction Team (ERT) are a Merseyside based family business operating with a high degree of integrity and local delivery at the core of the service. ERT are passionate about supporting local people and promoting schemes that assist energy reduction in homes and reducing the impact of fuel poverty.
Within ERT we are not constrained by silos. Teams are multiskilled and are combined to deliver a holistic service to add value. We have energy reduction professionals on hand to support Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), design, risk analysis and innovation contribution through industry best practice. Where necessary we can second staff to support the service.
Our membership of relevant and leading trade associations provides many advantages. Firstly, the reassurance that our Engineers have undergone annual compliance assessments to meet the legal, compliance and experience requirements of a particular Body. Secondly that we are on a continual improvement journey and that we never stand still providing qualitative benefits to the Service. Thirdly we can bring our industry wide knowledge, learning and innovation to every Service.
We will offer choice in the way we carry out our work. This will extend to when and how we work and how we engage, particularly exploring social media and text messaging. This will provide the opportunity to introduce best practice and customer innovation. We will offer customers a wide range of opportunities to influence and be involved in the maintenance service.
As an experienced provider ERT will engage with you to provide early contractor involvement, supply chain support, innovation, product and equipment advice and most importantly time within the mobilisation plan to engage with Stakeholders in respect to the most collaborative approach to the service. ERT will make full allowance for flexible working to meet resident’s specific requirements.
ERT’s ethos (as a family business) is to provide budget certainty and no surprises. Our collaborative approach is effective in ensuring anticipated cost outcomes. Our approach to risk management and this is set within effective contract governance. Effective financial management is also an outcome of a ‘right first time’ approach. The culture of our operations is to safely, efficiently and compliantly get the job done first time, in one visit, with the minimum of disruption.
